When style meets comfort, the hotel is beautiful from the outside and even prettier inside. My family and I booked a room with one king and one sofa bed for four people. The first positive surprise was that we arrived 1 hour before the check-in, and the staff got us a room immediately. Even better, we got an upgrade to a two-bedroom suite! It was so roomy we could spend the whole season living there. I wish I had more time for that! The staff is welcoming and supportive—the type of people you would invite for a happy hour. We also had dinner and breakfast there—delicious food and drinks. And don't forget to have homemade ice cream for dessert; it is gorgeous! Breakfast is suitable for all types of craves. If you're feeling hungry, go for the buffet. If you're keeping fit, a la carte is the best option. I strongly recommend it for those who want to chill and not worry about being close to the village (they even have a free shuttle)! And the robe! I wish I bought one of those. Maybe next time.

We had a great stay. Traveled with 2 dogs and the resort was very pet friendly. Both restaurants let us eat outside on the patio with our dogs. There is a great paved walking/ biking path that goes for miles in either direction. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The Den restaurant had amazing breakfast and dinner. Our studio sized room had a balcony and tall ceilings which made it feel very spacious, and the bathrooom was fabulous with a soaking tub, cozy bathrobes, and huge towels. The resort was close to Whistler village, but far enough from the hubbub of visitors. Exceptionally clean, very nice spa. Enjoyed being outside in the rain to use the hot tub/ sauna/ cool plunge. We will definitely stay here again.

Our room was luxurious! Large bathroom with a soak tub, a walk-in shower, heated floors, and L'Occitane French bath products! Our bed was very comfortable and lovely linens. We had two armoires to hang and fold our clothes, and a nice rack by the door to hang our coats and ski gear to dry overnight. And our room looked out over Nita Lake, which was so beautiful! And the staff, from the reception desk, to the shuttle bus drivers, to the coffee shop and restaurant staff were all so friendly and kind and accommodating! This lodge and this ski resort might become an annual trip for us!

Really good sized room with very comfortable large bed. (We had a studio suite). Beautiful bathroom with luxury products. I felt it was very good value for money. Really lovely feel to the whole hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bars and restaurants were very welcoming and comfortable. I loved that they had little dog beds in the lobby. We were walking distance to local restaurants and the lake view was beautiful. We only stayed one night but I would happily stay again if we were in Whistler again.

Clare

The view is fantastic making the property well situated for sightseeing and lots of activities including the available canoe to paddle the lake and exploring with surrounding bike trails. The staff were very friendly, warm and happily accommodating. They showed a genuine interest in our stay and were open in suggesting ways to make the most of it. The free shuttle to and from the lake lodge to the village was also helpful and made our trip and ease
